March is here! Wow! As winter fades and spring begins, I'm excited for us to continue to treasure Jesus together through worship, community, discipleship, and mission.

Treasuring Jesus Together Through Worship

This month we continue our sermon series through the Gospel of John, with the exception of the last Sunday, when guest preacher Jeremy Hudson will lead us in an exposition of 2 Samuel 2. As always, I would be so grateful if you would pray for the preaching of God's Word this month.

  • March 5th: John 2:1-11 | Pastor Drew
  • March 12th: John 2:12-22 | Pastor Drew
  • March 19th: John 2:23-3:21 | Pastor Drew
  • March 26th: 2 Samuel 2:12-32 | Jeremy Hudson

Treasuring Jesus Through Community

  • Special Called Family Meeting | Worship Center | March 8 | 7:15pm
This meeting will provide an update on the renovation project and steps for finishing it up by purchasing the furniture. I want to give a special thanks to the Building & Grounds & Finance Committee. Both groups have worked really hard on this project and I know it will be a blessing to our church once it is completed.

  • 1st Quarter Family Meeting | Worship Center | March 22 | 6:00pm
Our quarterly meetings are a great opportunity to be involved in the life of our church. It's also where we welcome in new members and celebrate all that God has done among us over the previous three months. I would love for you to be a part!

There's a quick look at what's coming up at Five Points. I can't wait to treasure Jesus together with you this March!

So excited about the series in the book of John!
I'm looking forward to this series. We can all benefit from cultivating good spiritual habits.
Praying for the spiritual habits series! May we truly treasure Jesus above all else in 2023.
Susan,
I'm so glad you enjoyed the Advent guide! It was a pleasure to meet you as well!
I enjoyed meeting you last Sunday after church. I picked up one of your Advent Devotions booklets and I’ll have to say, this is one of the best Advent devotions I’ve ever read!! It really does keep my thoughts on the true meaning of Christmas and focused on the right things! Thank you for the time and effort you and others took to put it together!
