Luke 1:29-30

²⁹ But she was greatly troubled at the saying, and tried to discern what sort of greeting this might be. ³⁰ And the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.

God’s love is demonstrated to those who are pursuing him. We can see this through the angel calming Mary’s fears and explaining the favor God had for her as she actively pursued Him. These verses are directly correlated to the fulfillment of God’s word in scripture. This is such a beautiful message of faith and the blessings that can come from trusting God. Through Mary trusting God, the light and salvation of all nations would be born on Earth. Once again, we can see how God’s word is complete and holy. We can take heart today that God is good, and we are to trust Him as we walk together with Him.
